Black Fungus is a dark-colored mushroom that is regarded as a highly nourishing food in Asia. To rehydrate, add hot water into a bowl and submerge the mushroom and cover. Let soak for 12-15 minutes with occasional stirring. One ounce dry reconstitutes to 3 - 4 ounces. Store in a cool, dry place.
